Hi Ato, I am in the UK at the moment, England to be specific and would like to know if there is an official (or otherwise) crew that I can join which is going to the world cup to cheer our TnT boys in Germany. If there is a team, please include cost, date, time and place.

Keep up the good work on your site. Our boy Christopher Rowley who is currently serving in the US military deployed to Iraq story really touched me. I too fee a bit home sick and enjoy any story or discussion about my country. Ato your website helps allot. Keep trusting in God and Be Blessed.
Hazel.

Hello Ato, I just like to say that your site is awesome and that I am looking forward to your upgrades on this site. I hope the training with Mo and Leonard is going well, I bet your paring with them over 30 already, maybe you will surprise your self and come in to some sub-10 from, maybe all your body needed was a good old rest. I know that is what mine has needed as of late. Any way Ato thank you for letting me post on your site again.
Maybe when I have a decent video on myself running a good time, you will be able to post it for me on the forum so they can all have a good laugh, BTW those new videos on the VIDEOS section are cool. Anyway Bro, I'll talk to you on the forum some time.

Lee.

Ato heard you on the radio sat night. You are correct - it's only lip service in trini . I really hope that something can be done about sports - so many talented people slip through the cracks not knowing what to do. anyway all the best in your new career and tell dwight and de guys especially stern that there are die hard fans out there and not only when they make it, so stay up .

Ato:

Which is why the biggest joke ever is "Ato talks too much" which Trinis in some circles say. I am the one out here trying to do something, not just talk about it. I AM ABOUT IT.

I love the fact thet someone like yourself can achieve so much and make Trinidad proud because of it.
I also like that Ziggy Rankin is here. Thank you. Hope to see more pics of Ziggy. Ziggy Rankin does have one of the sweetest voices I have ever heard. I don't know if he was born here and just acquired that voice with a tinge of accent or he was just naturally gifted. Either way I like it a lot. Especially when he sang Miserable Life. Thank you for having him on your page.
Thanks.

Hi Ato:
Heard you mention your book with JQ. I'm a pretty good writer/editor (we did an interview for the cover story for SPED magazine with Dr. Glouden once for the 2000 Olympics). I'd like to help. I think C'bbean personalities should get writers from the region to accurately project their ethos something foreign writers cannot do. Would appreciate a call.

Ato, after a hard day of training, i decided to take a break from studying but instead began reading Micheal Johnson's book " slaying the dragon." after reading the book for about 2 hours, i decided to call it quits for the night, but soon after a friend of mine sent me the link to this site. to make a long story short, i feel as if im destined for greatness in the sport of track and field, and from being on this site for the past 2 hours, i am even more motivated to ensure that my goals are obtained. i love what you are doing with this site, and im sorry about your accident because i really would like to have seen you still in action!!!
i wish you all the best in your future endeavours, and may God bless!!!

Hello Ato, i am one of the famous 200 metres on earth and you are my idol. My personal record is 20.06 and i am dreaming to become like you. I am a three times finalist athlete and i am sure that u've watched the 200metres final at the world championships in Helsinki. I've finished fifth in a time of 20.41 seconds. My personal motto is: LIFE GOES ON AS IT IS AND WHENEVER YOU LOSE OR WIN, SACRIFICE IS ALL SOURCE OF IT. You can find me on my site www.stephanbuckland.fr.st. Bye

Hi Ato, i am a great fan of you, and i was very sad when i heard your retirement. Athletics is my life and i am just 14 years old!!! You are one of the greatest sprinter on earth. My favourite sprinters are YOU, FRANKIE FREDERICKS, MAURICE GREENE, MICHAEL JOHNSON, ASAFA POWELL and the fastest man of mauritius, STEPHAN BUCKLAND.I've downloaded all your video clips and i watch it everyday. I also want to become a famous sprinter like u and one day perhaps,i will break the 100m and 200m world records. For me u are a genius. Not anyone can run the 200m in 19.77, and it is the seventh fastest time on earth!!!!!I have on my computer all your photos and other athlete too. My friend Stephan Buckland is also a fan of u and he is now amongst the 200metres top runners. You can find him on the IAAF site. At this moment he is seventh in the world. He is three times finalist at the world championships and finalist also at the 2004 olympic games. His personal record is 20.06 seconds. OK now i think
