Hey Ato.
Good bye!

Would you please send me a schedule of your work out for in season training on the track and in the weight room. I would be greatly obliged. Thank you Greatly

Hey Ato, I'm a big fan from Australia and I'll be there to support you in Manchester. I was just wondering, do u do any sort of endurance work ( not speed endurance). I understand how the different energy systems work and this would seem to indicate the answer should be no, but I know Linford Christie used to ( 6K jogs). Thanks mate

My name is Mike , and I am in the tenth grade and 17 years old. I too run track for Scripps Ranch High, in San Diego, Califorina. I run the 100, 200 and last year I even did the 400. I also run the 4x100. We are one of the best relay teams in the western division. We have the school record for the 4x100 relay. My personal record for the 100 is 10.9. And my personal record for the 200 is 22.9.
I made it to the CIF finals for the 200. I am the second best for the western division. Hopefully someday I will make it to the Olympics just like you, Michael and Maurice. I look up to you guys as runnners.

Hey Ato, I was wondering if you do any endurance work at all ( such as 30 minute jogs) to improve your VO2 Max. I understand that endurance fitness is low on a sprinters priority list and uses different energy systems but I know that Linford Christy used to and that it's probably more important for the 400. Out of interest, do you know your VO2 Max?
