Do you or one of your companies sell posters or 8x10's? I am a gym owner and, in addition to images of bodybuilders, weightlifters, and fitness athletes, I would like to put pictures of great sprinters on the walls. John Ness--Va. Beach, Va

Years ago I was awed by two athletes with great strength, speed, and acceleration: Herschel Walker and Bo Jackson. Herschel has a 6.14 55 m to his credit while Bo has a 6.18. Herschel's best 100 m was a 10.1. Bo's 100 m was not as good , but many said that over the first 30-40 meters Bo was electric. How do you think these two men could have done had they exclusively trained in track instead of football or baseball? John Ness, Virginia Beach, Virginia

After sifting through inumerable track related websites, and finding that they all sucked, I was literally thrilled to stumble upon yours. Archival video footage, statistics, photos, and the Ask Ato section (I submitted a question) where you not only answer them all personally, but honestly, and come across as a nice guy with a really good attitude. The whole thing is pretty slick so keep up the good work. P.S. The nearest quality track to my home is in Edmonton, so I was excited to not only see you run on the same track I do (at the world's) but I also had front row tickets right beside your spot for the relay. My girlfriend and I watched you do a jump squat that was so high (like you were floating) that I spontaneously spat my water out onto the track!

Hi Ato, I'm a Barbadian and a huge fan of Obadelle Thompson. I think he is truly blessed with raw talent and has great potential to become one of the world's best sprinters, like yourself. Why do you think he hasn't improved much beyond 10.00, could it be his lack of weight/strength training? What can he possibly do now to improve? Have you ever offered him specific advice or invited him to train with you being a fellow Caribbean Athlete. Secondly, does performance enhancing drugs really make a difference? Why run the risk? I find it difficult to believe Carl Lewis would use them as you mentioned, is this common for top athletes in the history of track & field. Also is a sudden drastic improvement an indication of drug use, "Flow Jo" for e.g. I hope I haven't asked to many questions. I hope you can answer them all. Thanks - Devin Griffith

Hey Ato, your name in my Ibo language means three
Three men in one, that probably explains why you run so fast. Anyway, my question is, when you lift
which part of your body do you pay particular attention-the lower or upper body and why?
