What's happening Ato. Its been a while since I visited your website. The last I read was something about you being the track coach for a Middle Eastern country. Best of luck in what ever you're doing. I have always been a big fan..since your college days in the US. Your new site is a nice upgrade.

Ato:

Thanks. Yes coaching the Saudis and will be on NBC for years to come. Starting with the Olympic trials and then the Olympics. Anything on NBC track wise, in fact.

Whats up ato. Great job in the world championships. It was funny because a week before that I was looking at our old track High school tapes and you were calling the races back then. I was one of your teamates in Jamaica High. I live in Houston texas now with my wife and two kids. I was hoping you have Troop's email. I have been looking for him but I can't find him. Well best of luck in china 2008.

Ato:

Good to hear from you. Wow, Jamaica Class of 1991. Thanks for the KUDOS, look for more during Beijing on NBC - I'm doing my deal with them now. jamtroop@aol.com was the last email I had for Troop.

Ato Trinidad need a track coach and adviser for those young sprinters, I think you are the man to do this.

Ato:

Trinidad has already shown they are not interested in track success, let those experts continue the brilliant job they are doing.

Ato - Site still rocks..
Keep your integrity and give us the facts in your new media role.

PS.
Marion Jones - Shame shame, I remember you did say or write somewhere that there would be lots of fallout from this Balco stuff.

Ato nice blog page, don't forget to sign up for GOOGLE Adsense for some additional income.

Who are the favorites in the track world these days for the Olympics coming up

Ato:

Did you not watch WORLDS? Anyway, they will be on my video podcast coming in early 2008. We've been a google site for a while.

You are right on this one. I think you understand the sport and the mind of the athlethes better than most at present. Keep representing. When you are in ATL let me know, I would like to introduce my son to you. And maybe have you speak at his High School.

Ato,
Talk to Kerron Clement, despite its challenges, he would recieve greater appreciation and would have a greater legacy if he would run for Trinidad & Tobago. The fact that everytime you see an article on him they mention he was born in T&T, shows that they really don't consider him an American

Ato:

Unrealistic. HE has already made his decision and is a world champion now. The process to go about running for TnT would be insane now, so let it be.

Ato, just been reading through your true stories section-tell you what, you sure can write. I like your style, very engaging yet free flowing. Also read more about you from other websites-your times with Maurice Green, getting your pilots licence, coping with disappointment on the track and in life, etc. You have made an impression on. Stay well and God Bless.

Ato, did you say you were half Jamaican on National tv after Asafa lost? Come on..you're Trinidadian and no Jamaican would bet against a Jamaican!!!!

Ato:

I'm half Jamaican - that's not up for debate. I am paid to analyze, which I did, this wasn't no street bet, and I was right. Get over it. So somehow it's my fault he LOST? I'd bet against anyone if it was what my analysis was.

Ato...
Congratulations on your NBC broadcast debut!

Once again, you gave us Trinis another reason to be proud! You did great! Looked good too;)

You held your own, as usual, very professional.

Felt like I was THERE in the midst of the action! The energy, the excitement! You are a true teamplayer.

This of course, is only the beginning for you, again well done, may you continue to exel.

God bless you (more).

Hi Senator Boldon,

I did not want to hog your site, but just thought it would be nice to let you know that in the UK Athletics All-Time Greatest Lists of British And International All Time Greatest Athletes, you were one of three men 10 years ago yesterday to clock 6.49 in the Indoor games 60m in Birmingham in 1997. Congrats! Oh! You were sworn in 1 year ago as a Senator on the 14th as well, so congrats on that also Sir. Hope you remembered and celebrated your personal best record time yesterday and your past year as a Senator and do enjoy your weekend Senator. Good bless.
PS. I apologise for incorrectly selecting United Arab Emirates instead of United Kingdom on my last log.

Ato:

I knew the 14th was one year as a senator, didn't remember the 6.49 10 years ago. Thanks.

Hi Ato, It is me again, the TnT boys Sunderland fan Hazel. Well just keeping fans up-to-date on TnT boys playing for Sunderland's Black Cats. Last week it was Carlos Edwards and Yorke bring victory home. This week Stern John blasted two goals to assist a side win of 4-0, while Edwards assisted 1 goal. I love it and TnT again shines and 'Well Done!' to our boys.

Take care Senator Boldon and May God Bless and guide your every choice. In all things, seek God first. Keep on keeping on. Be blessed.
