Hi Ato i am 45 and have being training for 4 years & now will atend the World masters games in July in Puerto Rico. hope to win the 100 m. despite my age i keep improving my times every year Probaly i will run under 11 s this year & beat the world record. i have to handle the presure & run my own race. Age gives u experience & calm. i'm ur fan.

I am 15 years old. i have been on h.s. track for two years. I run the 100m,200m. My best times are 10.53, and 21.34. I have worked really hard and progress is not showing. Hey Ato! I've known about you (from tv) for quite a while because back then (1997) I was into sprinting and always watch 100m races on ESPN (By the way, I was my high school's FOURTH best sprinter, he he :P)
Now... I didnt know you were into homepage building, cpu tech etc and that you have your own website. I found that out about your site while watching my favourite show 'Call for Help' and saw you with Chris! It was quite a pleasant surprise!

Personally, I think that Maurice Green is quite a show-off :P (he trains with you right? dont tell him!)but that other guy... who holds the 9.78s record seems ok on tv... but you, you the best! I know you can fulfill your destiny by breaking that 9.78 barrier! My personal best at the age of 15 was 11.73s in the 100m. Is that slow? Please give your opinion. I not that fit anymore now and dont know if I can even run in under 15s. But now, I am into webpage building too! I was very impressed to hear that you build this site using MS frontpage! BRAVO. I would encourage you to make your site even cooler using MACROMEDIA FLASH!! But I am a beginner and I am using a third-party software based on FLASH called SWISH located at http://www.swish.com it is 100x easier to use and the results are simply amazing. HOpe you would try to make your site FLASHy (I am not advertising Swish, I do not work for any company at all :P)
