I am going to tell you about myself a little bit. I have been a fan of you all my life. I am deaf and 21 yrs. old. I was on the track team of gallaudet University. I was in the 2nd place in 100 and 200 meters(clocked 11.32 in 100m and 23.23 in 200) even though I constantly am not satisfied myself since I ran 10.76 in 100 meters in high school. I dont know what causes me not to run faster. How can I get back to run faster in college.? I am not in school until jan 04. Right now, I have started to work out since yesterday. I want to ask you a question. Is it okay for me to buy dietary supplement like Nitro-Tech with high protein for building muscle and lean? I need your help pls.

I am so pissed off with everyone blaming the 100 meter dash runners in the final of 1988 Olympics of being on drugs. A top sprint coach (former Olympic champion) that I met in the States guaranteed me that all of them were on drugs and that Ben was just unlucky to be caught. Tell me Ato. Is this BS or not? If you are mediocre like myself (10.25sec), is the only way to reach the top through drugs?
