Season's Greetings to all.
Thanks for making 2003 our best year at this site. Many thanks to all the well wishers, and a special hello to the TRINIDAD 'sideliners' as I call them, who constantly have something negative to say about me, or any one else who dares to lead by example - GET ON THE FRONT LINES, where I am, AND actually do something not named 'sit and criticize' because the country is falling apart in the worst way while so many of you 'know it alls' blab on! Quit worrying about what I'm doing or how I am doing what I do, because I am getting ready to do it again, just because YOU said I couldn't.

I was told that this website would never be big if I didn't sell stuff here - basically, sell out. WRONG. All track, all fans, all the time. And we still smokin'!

Thanks to the fans, from all over the globe. Never ceases to amaze me how many different countries are represented here.

Oh my God when I laid my hands on the copy of the SHE Magazine on Thursday 4th Dec. I just know I had to put everything aside to read it right that moment, the cover had me speechless, Ato had my attention I couldn't get enough of him, I had to visit his website to read more about him, and I'll tell you something "I was never much of a sports enthusiast before, now I am". Oh my God I love him and I wish him good luck in the 2004 Olympics, "Gold all the way baby".

"I promise you, kids, it can be done cleanly. Ignore the cynics. None of then ever ran a 'sub 10' 100m dash, let alone cleanly, so of course they think the only way to do it is through a needle.
I've done it almost 30 times."
