Thanks to all for taking the time to even say something re my birthday. I have been known to get depressed around birthday time if things didn't go well during the year, but today has been great, because when that idiot hit me head on in July 2002, I could very easily have checked out of here, and I'd have been DEAD a year and a half.
For those who complain about aging, consider the alternative!

Mr.Boldon just checking out the page and it's been a while i have been trying to connect with other caribbean athletes that are out there putting the Caribbean on teh map. i'm proud of the my Bahamian Girls and quarter milers and most definatelly proud of all of the other athletes like yourself whom are making it happen.
