Ato,
One more thing. Can you give me some tips on getting out of the blocks as fast as you do? I'm holding records of the 200m, long jump, 4x100m and 400m. I was wondering if you can help me out getting the time I'm looking for. It's worth a try from a pro like you. If you can help me send the information to lorel15@hotmail.com/ its_lorel@hotmail.com. Thanks!
Goodluck on the track.

Hi Ato, I have been perusing your website for about a year now. Although Ive never posted a message, Ive wanted to many times. What I like most about you is not your ability to run, but what you represent as a person. You are by far one of the most generous and giving human beings on this planet. What you give your fans is amazing.....You give them your HEART...Keep sharing your knowledge because it is what makes you great!
I know you will do well in the 2004 Olympics just as you will do well in your next career.
You inspire me......God continue to shine on ATO...

Good then! Whats out with your injuries cause as i read you had loads! Life comes first of all. You just made me a good fun of yours! I hope you'll win the olympics, Kenteris is not as good as he was but he still ok! With a bit more training you can do it! I can tell you that before the olympics in sydney i didnt know him, he wasnt famous but he is now. You don't have to think about him only, cause maybe someone else will run better than him so you need to do your best! You waiting 4 years just to run 20 seconds! You see what i mean! Just get in and WIN as you told me! See ya.

hey Ato, first I wanna say that your website is great. I really like it, especially the photos.I`m a 15 years old girl from germany and in the young natinalteam. Last week I had a competition and there happend something I`ve never heard of such a thing. It was at the 200 m final. 2 meters in front of the finish my strongest competitor was at the same high like I. in this moment I couldn`t move no more. My legs were heavy and I felt down on the track. It was terrible, because 200m is my favourite and best distance and normally I win with a big lead. Now I`m afraid that this happens again and I`m cramped on the last meters. What can I do? please help me. Thank u so much... Krissi

I was a fellow athlete and remember you from your first majo outing in Victoria Canada during the commonwealth games. Its great that yor are continuing to compete at a high level for so may years. Now that the end of your career looms what does the future hold for you and Maurice and John Drummond? I was thinking, has John ot a "hot" new sprinter to unleash on to teh world? I know he has Tori Edwards but John has always a group to train which is always World Class. Is there a male we should kinow about? Also will you be showing the HSI videos for the Olympic Season? Last year was so great to watch you guys in the good times and the bad.
