I have to thank you Ato. When I heard about your story of how you were injured and then you came back, it made me realize that hope wasn't completely lost for my track days. And the plyometrics are helping a great deal. I have shaved off a huge amount off my 100m time wihtout much running. Keep up the great running ang good luck for Athens
