Hi, my name is Dee. After seeing you run at the olympics i decided to take up sprinting. Even though my technique is the equivalent to a frog, i run at the speed of a snail and feel tired after 10 metres, you inspire me to do my best. May GOD bless you and every other athlete that walk this green earth.

Hey Ato,
Yeah, I know--the umpteenth time I've signed this, but I guess I was just in the mood to come someplace comfortable in light of everything. In any event, all best, and you know I'm always behind you man--like you've always been for me.
Take care,
Mike

hey Ato, i have just been reading your AB Log and to say the least it impressed me, you are such a creative and smart writter but i guess it is from the heart. you like to talk about steroids in you enteries
but with the huge shadow athletics has cast over it at the moment what else is there to talk about.
your "bust them all' view on this subject is spot on, i have to admit i thought about using the "stuff" for about a second but then realised i would become every i hate. (not to mention the health risk)
steroids is a tainted drink,a quick buck, a running jump, a head start it is aginst the RULES, just because you get thrown a line it does'nt mean you have to take the bait.
and as long as there is a Ato Boldon and Maurice Greene the world will always know how to triumph.
thank you

thank you Ato for a sensational career and for putting us on the map. i am 57 years old and my track and field heroes were edwin roberts and wendell mottley. i saw mike agostini once when i was a kid, you remind of him, he was short and had tremendous speed at a time when there was no good training facilities in t;dad. edwin had great speed and courage but you surpassed them all, thanks and God;s speed to you and your family. val

hi! ato boldon i'm joseph tongohan of the philippines alpha and omega pax domini i have been surfing on the web about you in hsi sports management just like you i'm a sprinter in the philippines i run in the 100m, 200m and 400m and my times in the 100m is 10.4 secs far beyond your record of 10 seconds below in the century dash i am a secondary school teacher in tanay national high school and i trained every saturday in the university of life track and field stadium ultra in pasig, city , rodriguez sports center in marikina city and rizal tracka nd field stadium in pasay city my records in the 200m is 21.35s far from your world record in the 200m which is below 20seconds i also ran the 400m in 45.55seconds when i trained in the track which is not wind-aided i am very saddened nowadays that most of the track and field athletes utilized anabolic steroids which is detrimental and against the law in the olympics and in any sports
