Hey Ato !
Do you think Mo will run in Paris on july 1 ?
It seems that he sent a mail to confirm his participation in the 100. And you, will you be there ?

Fly by u

Ato:

Absolutely not. He got injured 3 days ago and that meet is in 3 days!

One should hope that Maurice GREENE doesn't stop, he is too much strong, and much too fast. The sport of track is not similar any more without you and without J.D, and HSI. We miss you do you miss us? I hope to see you one day commenting on on my grounds FRANCE. You are best sprinter, and it is not GATLIN or Crawford which will prove the opposite to me. Gatlin and Crawford are nothing like you and Mo it irritates me that they have no personality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We miss you!!

I am sorry for my English!!!!!!!!

What up Ato?
I probably visit this site the most but I gotta say Shawn crawford and Justin Gatlin don't show no respect for MO. They didn't even help him up. LIKE HE WASN'T GONNA WIN THAT RACE!!!!!!! THEY all know he was their role model when they were growin up now they all tryin to act big.

Ato:

They weren't obligated to, but it would have been nice. He certainly would have done it, even for Crawford who he had a verbal confrontation with in NY.

Hi Ato,
It's good to know that your are involved in inspiring the youths in Trinidad. You are also an inspiration to me, seeing you have to train hard and be consistent as an athlete in order to achieve your goal.

What's good Ato? I didn't get a chance to see you perform as a color man but I read you did a good job. I go to Grambling in persuit of a degree to do the exact same. I also ran track there- my coach was Betram Lovell he too is from Trinidad, right now I'm pursuing a pro career in Track do you have any advice, tips, workouts for a rookie? I run the 1,2,&4 my training partner runs the 1&2. Hit me back if you can Kevin Williams austin tx 5127436116 norvel04@yahoo.com

Ato I still don't know why you're retired! I was looking foward on seeing you, Gatlin, Crawford, Mo, Powell, Jon sprinting out the top. I got a question for you though... Do you still sprint?

This weekend, Kerron Clement ran 47.24. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that a hundredth of a second faster than Felix Sanchez' all-time best? Well, anyway, it looks like Ato was right yet again. (He can run blazingly fast, commentate with the best, and predict the future lol). And btw, Clement eased up in the final meters to beat a field that included Bershawn Jackson, James Carter and Bennie Brazell.

Hey Ato, I saw the race of Maurice in the U.S. championships and I must admit it brought a tear to my eye, to watch him pull up injured, and it looked really bad and painful. you always hear about people talking about how humble sprinters are, and they never mention Maurice, they tend to think he is loud and in your face where as I know and of course you know Ato, he coudnt be any more humble and innocent and I really do believe this.
Gatlin and Crawford just walked right on by when they finished there race, past Maurice and didnt show him no respect what so ever, I mean they coudnt show the decentsy to help him up, even though I know he woudnt want help. Maurice is the only man in history to hold all of the greatest titles in sprinting all at the same time in the world, Olympic Gold, World Gold, 60 and 100m world records, sorry, I you know.

Ato, Please can you send Maurice all of are best wishes and could you tell us how he is doing and will he be OK.

Thanks

Ato:

Painful for all who know and love MO to watch...glad u noticed Gatlin and Crawford too, many in the stands did and mentioned it to me.

Ato, I remeber back in the day when you were the man of the moment, the one to beat,

I remember because I was only young, I would watch the television and think to my self, WOW, look at him, he's the coolest their, and the biggest, whats his name? I remeber you used to dwarf everybody and make them look average, that was when you became my inspiration because i continued to watch you and learn more about your origion and story.

I alway's thought you desrved the World Record especially when you ran 9.86s into a head wind I mean that converts to something like 9.7s or something, AMAZING, one day Ato I will hopefully meet you, and when i do, i think then you will understand what a icon you have been, when i stand strong and talented in front of you ready to say thankyou.

BTW, congrats on losing your 200 pouds frame, i bet you feel great.

Ill see you Ato[^]

Hey Ato, kudos on your recently added videos.
I especially like Ziggy Rankin and his "Miserable Life" video. I can not understand what he is saying but it's cool nonetheless.

Also the HSI video, "training with hsi" is great. I remember watching "sprinters" on Eurosport, but never taped that series, so if you could put some more of those series on your videos section that would be cool as I love to watch how close you guys are! (thats how a track club should be!)

Congrats on getting down to 186lb, i would leave it there if it was me, but i guess you have set your self that goal, so good job man!

I look foward to seeing you on the BBC some day.

P.S. This site keeps on getting better and better every year! Well done man!

Later Ato.

Ato waiting to read your comments on Asafa's WR, I too think u were in HSI when u should have been some where u were the main man the WR was yours for the taking. Ato when I look at what Jamaican runners are doing I have to say thanks for THG's discovery. Veronica is getting what Ottey should have. Keep up the great job

Ato:

If you Jamaicans would pay attention to the site you would see that I have already spoken highly about Asafa in my blog area. The WR was just a formality for me I saw it coming a long time ago.

Why have u not made any comments about Asafas' world record run? I loved watching u run and could not, for the life of me, understand why u let yourself be under the shadow of Mr. Mo. I always thought u would be the next record holder, because u were that fast. To me, when u ran, u ran for all the english speaking W.I. Though u are not Jamaican, we love our W.I sons and daughters who Excel as u did.

Ato:

I am half Jamaican, thank you.

This site is awesome. I love running and watching track. Im 17 years old and love sprinting. Currently trying to improve my best times of 11.56 in the 100 and 23.34 in the 200. Not fast, I know. But at 5'3" and as a caucasian, im happy with my times. I dream of breaking 11 and 23 respectively in the races. Congrats to Asafa Powell; I simply cannot imagine running that fast. Lastly, the vids section is awesome. Keep up the great work!

Hi there Ato, I am new to your site and I thought I would drop you a line, so.. Hi.

I think your website is very educational, especially on the athletics side. I have been through every link and on the whole it's a really big platform.
I especially love the TRUE STORY and AB LOG. It took me a while to read through it all ( about 3 hours ) but it was worth it. You have a excellent insight and view on everything.

Your links to other websites is too impressive and I like the Hsi.net link too. Trindad and Tobago looks like a beautiful country (videos) and I would like to go someday.

I didnt know you were into Broadcasting, excellent job. I see you Ato.

Greetings to you from Germany! I am Andrew and I found out that we are in the same age. Anyway, I love your website. It is just exciting to see the different parts. I always like seeing you running. You are one of the best athletes the world has ever seen. I am touched by the word from Hebrews 12 " running the race of faith" ! Are you a christian? Born again? Loving the Lord? I am a pastor of an evangelical church and I appreciate great people like you when they confess Christ! See you in that plane is wonderful.
Ato, I wish you God's blessings and if you want - you can drop me a line. Be encouraged to run the race of faith!
